Unused goods, in new condition, supplied within 7 working days after the date of delivery can be returned at the customers expense* for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return the goods we recommend the Parcelforce 48 hour service.
If the reason for return is that the goods are either defective or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange for the goods to be swapped over at our expense. We will arrange collection via Parcelforce.
All Thule Products supplied are covered by the Thule Guarantee and Thule Extended Warranty.
Before any goods can be returned you must notify us within 7 working days after the day of receipt of goods by letter or email.
Any goods cancelled under the Distant Selling Regulations must be returned to us before a refund can be made.
Unless the goods supplied were either defective or incorrectly supplied, the outward carriage charge will not be refunded and any costs associated with return carriage will be deducted. If the goods returned are not received by us in (a) their original packaged condition, (b) damaged, (c) misused, (d) show obvious signs of use or with (e) parts missing, we reserve the right to contact you and make an appropriate deduction off the original purchase price.
Items returned must be packaged in their original packaging. They must also be packaged securely in a similar way to how they were sent in order to avoid damage in transit. If the goods arrive with us in a damaged state due to the customer not taking reasonable care to ensure the goods were securely packaged it will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must include an original receipt to enable a refund to be made.
This does not apply to any special order items which have been paid for in advance. A refund/exchange can only be provided if they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
