Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all types of debit and credit cards including American Express plus Paypal.
If you are shopping from outside the UK your payment provider will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Special orders must be paid for in advance. Back-ordered items are charged as normal too but will be refunded should you wish not to proceed or wait for the item to arrive. Payments can be taken over the phone if you prefer but you should not send them via email.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. The price advertised on the on-line shop is the same price as charged in our retail shop.
Shipping And Handling

We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally process and send your order the same or next working day. Your order should then be with you in 1-2 days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. This may occur during popular promotion times. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Besoke tailored special orders made to the factory can not be returned or cancelled outside normal warranty conditions.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. The prices shown include VAT. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Any voucher/discount codes are not available on sale items or delivery charges. We reserve the right to amend or remove any offers at any time. These offers are for fair use by personal customers only inline with the target group. We reserve the right to decline an order(s) if we suspect the abuse of these orders, i.e. large scale purchases or continual individual purchases possibly for the purpose of resale or by competitors. As a result some items are restricted in terms of the number of items that can be purchased.
We may run out of stock during popular promotions but will be back fill and complete any order as quickly as possible.
All sale items are strictly subject to stock. We will endeavour to fulfil all orders for sale items but in the event that stock runs out we will confirm and provide an immediate refund. We reserve the right to amend or remove any offers at any time.

Fitting Service – Purchased and Hire Goods
It is the purchasers/hirers responsibility to ensure all items are correctly installed and they are happy with the installation/fitment. It is the purchasers/hirers responsibility to ensure all items are secured at all times. This applies even when the installation service has been used.
The manufacturer and dealer cannot be held liable for any damages or injury caused to people or property due to wrongful installation or use.
