How to fit a K-Summit Snow Chain.
Step 1 - Put two of the plastic plates over the tyre.
Step 2 - Attach the fixing system to one of the wheel nuts and tighten with the red spanner.
Step 3 - Activate the ratchet system to make the chain move towards the rim. The chain will slip automatically onto the tyre when the wheel rotates as you move off.
Check before you fix the plastic plates to the tyre that you have the correct number of tensioning springs on the chain compatible with your tyre size and the correct size bolt adaptor fixed to the wheelnut. We recommend you set this up with your car before departing on your journey.
