WHAT IS ISOFIX ?
ISOFIX is a system which allows you yon install the child seat in the car without using the seat belts. This consents to an extremely stable and safe installation.
The installation is achieved by using a safety platform which interface between the ISOFIX anchorages as fitted by the car manufacturer and the child seat guaranteeing a maximum in safety and stability.

With using the anti-rotation ISOFIX device
By using the dedicated platform for your car , the rotation of the seat is eliminated, much lower head displacement and a large reduction of the acceleration values under heavy braking or impact is obtained.

Without using the anti-rotation device, all the energy generated during a crash is resulting in an extreme rotation of the child Seat with negative effects concerning the head displacement and accident consequences.

EASY INSTALLATION and COMFORT
The installation of the safety seat Fair G/01 on the ISOFIX platform is extremely easy due to a connecting system which monitors the correct placing of the seat on the platform thus avoiding any kind of wrong installation or misuse.
The Fair G/01 seat offers the childs head better lateral and vertical protection. The seat is reclinable in 6 different positions.

THE APPROVALS
Fair G 0/1 isofix Bimbofix have been approved for use in all vehicles equipped with ISOFIX-anchors on the market.
In a recent Sunday Times report (17/04/2011) it drew on research that found children up to the age of 2 are 75% less likely to be killed or seriously injured in a car crash if they travel in a rear-facing child seat. In Scandanavia where children normally travel facing the rear showed that from crash test data that rear facing car seats reduce serious injuries by 92% compared with 60% for forward facing car seats.Toddlers have been found to be five times safer in a rear-facing car seat than a forward facing seat in head on collisions.In this country the British Medical Journal suggested it was safer for children to remain in rear-facing seats until they were four.
